Inbound shipments that do not comply with California law will be refused and your shipping costs forfitted. ALL FFL dealers shipping a firearm into California are required by the DOJ to be enrolled in the CFLC system and must do so prior to shipping us a firearm. | All FFL Transfers are done by appointment only. Dealer transfers are available to local California residents with valid proof of residency who are eligable by law to own a firearm. All dealer tranfers involving out-of-state sellers who are deemed to be "non-occasional" sellers by the California State Board of Equalization will be subject to sales tax of 8.25%. |
| Used firearms are sold without warranty expressed, implied or otherwise and are NOT guaranteed to be free of mechanical or visual defects. Certain used firearms we intake are test fired with a minimum of one round and indicated as such in the product description. Some manufacturers provide warranties and any service required must be performed directly with the manufacturer. |
| No firearms may be returned once a sales transaction has been completed. Local customers are encouraged to closely inspect firearms prior to completing a sales transaction. |
| If after purchasing a firearm from us and having it transfered to your local FFL dealership, you may returned to us within 24 hours in the original packaging for a refund less a 20% restocking fee on the price of the gun. No refunds on shipping. Firearms may not be returned once you leave your local FFL dealership. |
